Based on a 14th century German design, this richly detailed chess set is fit for any King or Queen. Each chess piece depicts its own exquisite scene, including Ladies in Waiting and Warriors. Pieces range in size from the Pawn at 1-1/4" tall, to His Majesty at 3-1/2".

The ornate Chessboard measures a stately 24 inches square, by 3/4 inch thick, and it contains embedded scenes of Mythical Imagery all around the rim. Each Chess Set is hand-cast using reinforced interior hydrostone, and is available in your choice of Antiqued Brown/White, or Antiqued Black/White. Every set comes with felted bottoms, and a protective finish for ages of fun.

King Arthur Chess Set - This noble set is fit for any king or queen. This more traditionally sculpted set includes Arthur and Guinevere as king and queen as well as the Knights of the table as pawns. Sizes range from pawns - 2" to a majestic king at 4". Each piece comes with felted bottoms and comes with the medieval chessboard listed above. This set also comes hand-finished in your choice of available listed colors.
